Prohibited Items Policy

You may not list items that are illegal to sell, possess, distribute, import, export, advertise, or deliver in the relevant location.

You may not list stolen goods, recalled goods, embargoed goods, goods that evade customs or tax obligations, or products designed to bypass law enforcement or safety controls.

Regulated goods require prior platform approval and proof of any licenses, permits, labeling, safety documentation, age checks, or delivery controls we request.

Prohibited items include firearms, ammunition, explosives, firearm parts, weapon conversion kits, knives marketed as weapons, stun devices, tactical weapons, and instructions or kits for making weapons.

Hazardous chemicals, poisons, corrosives, flammables, fireworks, radioactive materials, and unsafe batteries are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing.

Content or products that encourage violence, self-harm, threats, harassment, exploitation, or physical harm are prohibited.

Illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, synthetic intoxicants, and products designed to defeat drug tests are prohibited.

Prescription medicines, unapproved medical devices, counterfeit medicine, regulated supplements, body modification products, and products making disease treatment claims require prior platform approval and may be refused.

Products that make misleading health, fertility, weight loss, sexual performance, cure, prevention, or diagnostic claims are prohibited.

Counterfeit, replica, unauthorized branded, pirated, or trademark-infringing goods are prohibited.

Listings must not use another brand, creator, seller, customer, or platform identity in a misleading way.

Fake reviews, manipulated metrics, false scarcity, undisclosed refurbished goods, bait-and-switch listings, and deceptive pricing or discount claims are prohibited.

You may not sell securities, loans, credit repair, debt services, stored value, money transfer, crypto assets, gambling products, lottery products, investment schemes, or financial advice through ordinary storefront listings.

Digital accounts, credentials, identity documents, government documents, access badges, SIM cards registered to another person, hacking tools, malware, bots, scraping tools, and circumvention services are prohibited.

Digital licenses, subscriptions, event access, travel packages, and contribution campaigns may require extra platform controls and can be removed if risk review fails.

Pornographic, sexually exploitative, non-consensual, underage, or explicit adult services are prohibited.

Hateful, discriminatory, extremist, terrorist, or abusive products and content are prohibited.

Products that expose private data, enable stalking, intercept communications, track people without consent, or misuse personal information are prohibited.

Live animals, endangered species, wildlife products, ivory, animal fighting products, and products made from protected species are prohibited.

Food, cosmetics, alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, vaping products, and age-restricted items require prior platform approval and may be unavailable on ordinary storefronts.

Perishable, temperature-sensitive, or ingestible items must meet all labeling, storage, safety, delivery, and recall requirements.

We may reject listings before publication or remove them after publication. We may also cancel orders, refund buyers, hold funds, require evidence, suspend checkout, disable promotions, restrict accounts, or report suspected illegal conduct.

Sellers must cooperate with policy reviews and provide requested documentation quickly. Failure to respond can result in removal, payout hold, or account suspension.

This policy is not exhaustive. sokko may restrict any item, service, seller, campaign, collection, promotion, delivery method, or transaction that creates unacceptable platform risk.
